INtelephony has been reorganised to have the PBX/Cabling/Microwave INtelephony business and INtelephonyIT providing all your IT needs. 

When we design systems for your business it's built around supporting key business processes. The most important thing to our clients is being able to do their work, and we're there to help you do it. After taking a systematic review of your business, it's core processes, and staff work requirements, we design strategies to help support all of those items, and then consider how we keep the system flexible enough to adapt to new technology and ideas.


INtelephonyIT support the following:
  • Microsoft Desktop products including: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows XP®, Windows Vista®, Microsoft Office 2003®, Office 2007®, Office 2010® and Office 2012. We also support Windows 10 and Office 365!
  • Microsoft Server products including: Windows Server 2000®, Server 2003®, Server 2008® (including Standard, SBS and Enterprise), Microsoft Exchange 2003®, 2008®, and 2011®
  • GNU/Linux distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenSuSE, etc)
  • CISCO routers, switches and servers
  • Solaris Unix (and other *nixes) and *BSD (FreeBSD and OpenBSD primarily)
  • Integration with phone systems - specialising in the Alcatel-Lucent and Cisco systems
  • MacOS X desktop and server
We are also able to provide you with a virtual server solution, using either Citrix XenCenter and XenServer, or VMware, or Microsoft Hyper-V. We will build the virtual environment based on your requirements, migrate your existing physical servers or build a completely new network and then migrate users and data. We are very flexible with the creation of this and will typically use HP or Dell servers and carefully select a Network Attached Storage device to suit your data needs and budget.

INtelephony are accredited Google Apps Resellers and have experience in deploying Google Apps for many different types of companies.

We have also deployed Office 365 in a variety of settings and in a variety of ways - with full host Exchange services, or simply pushing out the new Office software across the network, efficiently and with minimal downtime.
