Intelligent Telephony P/L (trading as INtelephony) are specialists in the provision effective and reliable communication and IT solutions, from small business phone systems to large microwave and wide area networks. Through a large and growing customer base, INtelephony has extensive experience with providing support services to our clients and business partners in many regional and remote areas.

PABX

INtelephony has factory trained and experienced service technicians in many different name brands of PABX equipment, including Alcatel Lucent, Ericsson, Avaya, Fujitsu, NEC, Toshiba, LG ARIA, Hybrex and the Commander key systems. As an approved Alcatel Lucent Dealer, INtelephony can provide the latest in Alcatel PABX systems including the OmniPCX Office phone system. The OmniPCX system provides a full function PABX and many advanced business features such as Voice over IP (VoIP), Unified Messaging (UM), Digital Enhanced Cordless Telephones (DECT), Integrated broadband Internet access, Local and Wide area networking, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Firewall and Email facilities.

Cabling

INtelphony can also assist with the implementation of all Cat5e, Cat6 and optical fibre cabling and network infrastructure for new & existing premises. Our experience and commitment allows INtelephony to make available extended manufacturers warranties of up to 25 years on structured cable installations.

Telstra Dealer

As a Telstra Fixednet and Data dealer. INtelephony can place orders and co-ordinate new connections and relocation of customer voice and data services. INtelephony can provide ongoing support for our systems and are committed to forming long term relationships with our customers.

IT Systems and Desktop support

We have recently added an IT Manager to our staff and this allows:

  • Design and implementation of networks including servers, internet access, domain names, email and web sites
  • Maintenance of exisiting systems to provide ROI over the life of the machines Integration between new or existing phone systems, IT networks and mobile phones
  • Management of services such as web, email and backups
  • Local Area Network and Wide Area Network planning, implementation and management

Microwave

Intelephony have an extensive range of Wireless products suitable for different applications. There are unlicenced and unlicenced products offering throughputs up to 300Mbps. All systems can be used to connect Data and/or Voice and high resolution images.
